Damn, cool boos! Has he had body work done to it? I saw a white RS at Vintage A/B a year or so ago.

This is it, he’s had a bunch of paintwork done to it, all at Vintage. It was pretty beat up when he got it, and it got keyed at one point. I found the car for him on a used car lot in south county in about 2007 for $32k.

Yep, I found the car myself and he jumped on it. It was a little rough cosmetically and had some mechanical needs, but was a great score. It’s now worth about triple that, and in fact he drove it in today for his insurance agent to photograph it for an upward revision to its agreed-value policy.
